Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using inkstyle.ink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors and registered artists.

What inkstyle.ink is

inkstyle.ink is a discovery platform that connects clients looking for tattoo artists with artists who have listed their work. In the current version (v1), the platform is discovery only — we do not facilitate bookings, appointments, or payments between clients and artists.

Any booking or payment arrangement made between a client and an artist is entirely between those parties. inkstyle.ink is not a party to that arrangement and accepts no liability for it.

Artist accounts and profiles

To list your work on inkstyle.ink, you must create an account. By creating an account you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date
  • You own or have the right to display all images you upload to your profile
  • You will not upload images that are offensive, illegal, or unrelated to tattoo work
  • You are responsible for the content of your profile
  • You are at least 18 years old

New profiles are reviewed before going live. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any profile at our discretion, including for content we consider inappropriate or misleading.

Tiers and features

inkstyle.ink operates a freemium model with three tiers:

  • Free — listed on the search page with basic profile information and up to 3 portfolio images. No standalone profile page.
  • Pro (£19/month) — standalone SEO-optimised profile page, booking link, unlimited portfolio images, priority placement in search results.
  • Founding Artist (£99 one-off) — lifetime Pro access plus a Founding Artist badge and highest placement in search results. Limited to 100 artists globally.

Features may change over time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid tier includes.

No guarantee of enquiries

inkstyle.ink makes no guarantee that listing your profile will result in enquiries, bookings, or new clients. The platform provides visibility — outcomes depend on your portfolio, style, location, and market demand.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to ours. We do not store your card details.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Founding Artist access is a one-off payment. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant inkstyle.ink a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

The inkstyle.ink name, logo, and platform design are owned by us. You may not reproduce or use them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, inkstyle.ink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost clients, or data loss.

Our total liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that year.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at inkstyle.ink@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
