Refund Policy

Pro subscription (£19/month)
Your Pro subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically on the same date each month. You can cancel at any time.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain Pro access until the period ends
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period
- Downgrading to Free does not trigger a refund
To cancel your subscription, contact us at inkstyle.ink@gmail.com with your account email and we will process the cancellation within one business day.
Founding Artist (£99 one-off)
The Founding Artist tier is a one-off lifetime payment of £99. It is non-refundable except within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period described below.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, Founding Artist payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you no longer wish to use the platform.
UK statutory cooling-off period
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period"). This applies to both Pro subscriptions and Founding Artist purchases.
Please note: if you request that we begin providing the service immediately within the 14-day cooling-off period (for example by activating your profile), you may lose the right to a full refund for the portion of service already delivered.
To exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, email inkstyle.ink@gmail.com within that period and we will process a full refund.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside these terms at our sole discretion, for example in cases of billing error or duplicate payment. Contact us and we will review your case.
Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, contact us at inkstyle.ink@gmail.com before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We aim to resolve billing queries within 5 business days.
